October 9, 2009 Well, it's all mine now.     Now the fun part starts...
So there it is, in all it's glory.    Still hasn't sunk in that it's mine... kind of like a weird dream.	Let's hope I can manage to keep these alive...

 

October 14, 2009 First coat of paint in the kitchen is done, I hope to get the second (and last) coat done tomorrow night, then time to start on the rest of the house.

 

October 17, 2007 Here's some pic's of the kitchen after the 2nd coat, looks a lot better.    I also painted my bedroom, still not sure if  I need a 2nd coat.   The color is dead on, but there are some places that have a different sheen.

 

October 27, 2009 Paint is all complete, thanks to MTZ Painting.  They did a great job and kind of on short notice.  Kind of expensive but totally worth it.    Also got blinds put up today with Orlando's help.   Pretty much done inside, which is a good thing since I move in 2 days!!

 

November 4, 2009 Moving day was last Friday, still unpacking though. Furniture came yesterday and sod for the backyard goes in tomorrow.

 

November 5, 2009 The Front Yard got the sod done yesterday, tons better!!!

 

February 26, 2010 My first project; paint the master bathroom!!   Color is called Sea Spray, brushed nickel hardware, and a Mirrorscape from Moen, and the light is a Hampton Bay from Home Depot.   The towels are not a dark as the look but are kind of a charcoal gray.
